Sougwen Chung

Genesis II: Body Machine (Meridians) — projection mapping for the Sougwen Chung × HOFA collaboration at Scorpios Bodrum and Soho House Istanbul.

  • Sougwen Chung's pioneering practice merging human gesture with bespoke robotic systems came to Scorpios, Bodrum, with Genesis I — a live atelier performance featuring D.O.U.G._5 (Drawing Operation Unit Generation 5).

    Programmed and executed the projection mapping system for the live performance and installation, with technical consultation extending to the GENESIS sculpture installation at Soho House Istanbul.

  • Joseph Klibansky's Tree of Life used a five-metre LED sculpture responding to real-time environmental data — wind speed, humidity, temperature — as the trigger for generative visual output. Consulted on and programmed the projection mapping system for the installation.
